Simple shop is just a term used in OLALA CMS.
The owner sell items that he produce in house and technically the owner suppose he will never run out of stock. As well he keeps track of all transactions manually (no account system and product codes)

Products options can be for example colours and sizes.
In this tutorials items are wetsuits for babies. Options are only colours
