Categories are found in absolutely all websites base on OLALA CMS.
This tutorial contains elements you find only in Enterprise version, it is about all references to level of access (visibility) and levels of prices.

Categories are organised in tree like structure. Any category can have multiple subcategories and a category can have one only parent.
You can move any subcategory and whole its structure (all its subcategories and sub-sub categories) from one parent to another.
It will drag as well all items attached to any of them.
